Sun Test Systems designs, manufactures and services a special range of mobile and stationary Aircraft Hydraulics Testers (AHTs) for use on various aircraft. More than 40 years of experience has been acquired with testing different types of aircraft hydraulic systems and components. It is our goal to improve test methods and test equipment. Sun is involved in continuous research and development and has been enlarging her area of activities in aerospace. Sun Test Systems is also developing other areas of aircraft testing: electrical systems, fuel systems, cooling of avionics, multipurpose support equipment, prognostics and health management.
Variety of aircraft
The Sun Aircraft Hydraulics Testers (AHTs) are used on a variety of aircraft: F-4 Phantom, Alpha Jet, F-16, Tornado, Hawk, Harrier, Jaguar, Eurofighter, Do 328, F-50, C-160 Transall, C-130 Hercules, Lynx, Sea King, Bell UH-1D, CH-53, Cougar, Chinook, Tigre, Puma, BO-105 and Apache. Due to their design, Sun AHTs can be used for many other aircraft types as well.

Sun supplies and supports AHTs worldwide. Customer satisfaction surveys
show that the quality of our products and the customer-oriented approach
of our organisation are highly appreciated by our clients. Sun's cooperation
with Sun HML Engineering UK enhances UK customer support. Main customers
like the military forces of Germany, UK, Denmark and The Netherlands,
as well as aircraft industries like Daimler Chrysler Aerospace, Dornier,
Eurocopter, BAE Systems and others number among the satisfied users.
The Aircraft Ground Equipment division of Sun Test Systems originally
specialised in ground equipment. Today, we are enlarging our activities
in the field of testing and test equipment. Sun Test Systems is partnering
in the Dutch consortium for Prognostics and Health Management (DPC)
for among others the JSF program. Sun Test Systems is based in Weesp,
The Netherlands. Sun HML Engineering is based in Camberley, UK.
